Greenock Creek Seppeltsfield 'Seven Acre' Shiraz 2021 santenay-1er-cru it is here at theThe vineyard is made up of eighteen 500m long rows planted in 1993 on hard red brown clay mingled with bluestone slate, with the bottom section dipping into sandy alluvial loam. We used solely French oak for maturation, about 20% of which was new. This wine, is all macerated plum, blueberry and summer fruits, has a ferrous edge to its form along with layers of baking spice, blueberry pie, licorice and fruitcake. There is a perfume in the mouth too, a
