Hollick Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 -STOCKTAKE- beaune premier cru with 20 % whole bunchesThe wine is a classic Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon showing intense cassis fruit flavours, with a long finish on the palate and soft tannins. The wine was matured in French oak, adding to its structure, but not dominating the pure Cabernet fruit characters. Its fruit is selected from old vine material from the Wilgha and Neilsons Block vineyards at the cooler, southern end of Coonawarra. It will effortlessly cellar for at least 10 years.
